Electrical student employed before the program was over
Josh Ashley began The Centre's Electrical program in February 2010. He was recently hired by DIV Construction of Hamilton in a position leading to an apprenticeship. Here's what Josh had to say about his experience at The Centre:
"If someone was in the position I was in 21 weeks ago and wanted to get into this field, there is no better example of what this course can do than my current situation. Not only did I find employment before the course was even over (on my own might, I add) but I went from a COMPLETELY different career to this one with zero experience and very very minimal knowledge, to being confident in what I know and knowing where to get the answers and information for what I don't. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to anyone looking to enter the electrical field."

Kudos from another satisfied employer March 5, 2010
"Thought you would like to know we have just hired on another one of your graduates. This makes him the fifth graduate currently working for us. Our 'first' was hired in 2003 and is still a major contributor towards the success of our Company. Experience has shown 'The Centre' graduates are well prepared for the real world. And your screening system seems to pick out the best people in terms of work ethic, work intelligence and self-motivation. This is why 'The Centre' is our first choice when looking for technical skilled trade people."
