The Centre can help you gear up for a new career through this dynamic, full-time, Skilled Trades Training program designed to give you the skills and experience you need to begin an exciting new career.

It features 15 weeks of in-class and hands-on training taught by instructors who have not only a strong understanding of theory but also years of hands-on industry experience as well as job search assistance.

15 Weeks of In-Class and Hands-On Training

• Precision Machining topics:
  Machine and Hand Tool Use, Measurement, Mathematics, Lean Manufacturing, Computer Numerical Control (CNC)/GibbsCam, Blueprint Reading, Machine Theory
  
  
• Certifications in:
  First Aid, Fall Arrest, Overhead Crane, Aerial Lift
