The Centre’s Outplacement Services
The Centre can provide outplacement/transition services for both salaried and hourly workers as well as on-site release counselling.
Salaried Workers: Two comprehensive packages, each providing clients with assessment results, a defined career goal, and a personalized re-employment plan that includes short, medium and longer-term targets.
Standard Package (4-6 weeks):
- 8-10 hours of personal career coaching

Extended Package (12-14 weeks):
- 10-15 hours of personal career coaching
