"When I came to Canada from
Turkey, I thought my international experience and Ph.D in Food Engineering would make it easy
for me to find a job. After 8 months
and only a few interviews, I learned
my lack of Canadian experience
and difficulty with English was a problem. I heard about The Centre’s ELT course and was very excited.
Their program was exactly what I needed. They helped me to improve my business English, showed me
how to job search more effectively
and even helped me to integrate
into Canadian life. I now have a contract position with a major Canadian food company and am excited about my future in my new country!”
