IMPRESS Customer Service Certification Workshop

Get the training, get the certificate, get the job!

The IMPRESS Customer Service Certification workshop is an exciting, one-day, NO FEE, workshop designed for unemployed youth, between the ages of 15-30, who are looking to develop the customer service skills necessary for finding and keeping a job in today’s increasingly service oriented business environment.

Topics covered include:

  • Introduction to Customer Service
  • Customer Communication Skills
  • Dealing with Customers by Telephone
  • Understanding Behaviours
  • Handling Challenging Customer Situations

Each topic combines service theory, case studies and reflective exercises that can help you take what you have learned and apply it in a variety of different working environments.

Remember, before you can impress an employer, you need to IMPRESS yourself!

This workshop is offered exclusively in our Burlington location.
