What you’ll be doing:

• Perform proper lifting techniques for handling products from floor to above-shoulder
• Manually handle boxes up to 70 lbs repetitively onto conveyors, pallets and into trailers
• Use Laser Radio Terminal (LRT) to receive, pick, put away and load products 
• Operate material handling equipment including walkie, dock stockers, clamp trucks and reach truck 

What we are looking for: 

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs 
• Ability to walk and stand for extended hours 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to operate forklifts including walkie, dock stockers, clamp trucks and reach truck
• Great safety attitude, good work ethics, willing to learn and a team player 

Never worked in a warehouse before? No experience necessary! We provide training! 

What shifts we have available:

• Evenings - Monday to Thursday from 4:45 pm to 3:15 am 
It’s a long weekend every week!

• Must be 18 years of age or older

What You’ll Do 
Gyptech is seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our team. 

Your role will involve: 
 Building electrical equipment for large scale industrial mechanical equipment 
 Testing electrical components and equipment 
 Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications 
This position is based out of our manufacturing facility in Oakville.  Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (or 5am to 3:30pm) with some overtime required.   
What You Offer
 Licensed Electrician (309A or 442A) with 5+ years of equivalent experience   
 Strong communication skills - Fluent in English 
 Ability to read AutoCAD and Inventor prints
 Must work well with others and within a team environment
 Ability to organize work under project deadline constraints
 Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
 Able to lift up to 50lbs
 Must possess a valid driver’s license

Position: Helper/Handler (Full Time)
Position Location: BURLINGTON
Hours: 44 per week+
Primary Function:
To assist spray foam installers or blow in installers with the installation of spray foam or loose fill insulation in a safe and efficient manner. Follow instructions by the supervisor to meet customer demands, and also perform other duties as required.  
Work experience and other requirements:
  • Must be physically fit and able to do the work involved 
Skills and knowledge:
  • Effective written and oral communication skills (ability to speak, read and write English)
  • Strong interpersonal skills  
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • General tool use including basic skills with hand tools
  • Works well under pressure 
Physical Activity Description: 
Activities include, but, are not limited to;
  • Climbing up and down stairs in houses and on trucks to load and unload insulation  
  • Bending and standing with weight
  • Pulling, pushing and torso twisting movements to transfer insulation materials batts and blow from truck
  • Lifting and carrying of insulation with weight up to 80 pounds
Education Requirements:
  • Valid G Class Ontario driver’s license preferred
